Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Cue at withcue.cc, operated by Cue ("we", "us"). By using Cue you agree to them. Questions: support@withcue.cc.

The service

Cue helps coordinate music sessions: it reads scheduling requests, checks availability on connected calendars, contacts people and sends invites. Accounts are set up by us or by your workspace; you are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure.

Your responsibilities

• Only add contacts you have a right to contact for scheduling.
• Do not use Cue for spam, unlawful content or to harass anyone.
• Do not try to access other workspaces or disrupt the service.

Founding Access and payments

Founding Access is a £10 reservation. It is credited in full against your first month and is refundable at any time before your account is activated. Subscriptions, when offered, are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Your data

You keep ownership of your content. We process it to provide Cue as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Cue reliable but provide it "as is" and cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Please check important bookings. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

Ending use

You can stop using Cue at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will note the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
